Details of the solution include:

 

PROBLEM: Converting stalled retail stock to cash using multiple SKU-targeted marketplaces using dynamic pricing models, operating from a single inventory and fulfillment system without relying on a 3PL or 4PL solution.

 

SOLUTION: This solution converts trapped or reverse-flow inventory into cash, by automating the integration, listing, pricing, sale, tracking, and delivery of items into multiple online marketplaces with specific pricing, and fulfillment tailored for each.

 

We accelerate turns, enhance total net margins, and reduce waste versus traditional inventory re-alignment options - such that retailers achieve immediate recovery of cash from overstock and logistics-trapped inventory by remarketing it where it is moving, at the appropriate price for that channel. 

 

We achieve this by routing SKUs into the marketplace where they are selling best, at prices that achieve the turnover rate targets. As market conditions change, our repricing engine continuously adjusts offer prices to maintain the liquidation rate required to meet the cash flow goals.  The centralized fulfillment engine ensures that overselling doesn't occur. The lack of dependence on 4PL means that this scales down to 1 unit per SKU without the overhead of unnecessary intermediate transport costs.
