Encompasses ownership of the four roles detailed below.

Director of Online Marketing and Demand Generation Systems

Owner of all public, online, and demand generation platforms, subcontractors, and agency relationships. Responsible for the performance of public and customer-facing systems.

In this role I was the owner of all public, online, and demand generation platforms, subcontractors, and agency relationships. Responsible for the performance of public and customer-facing systems.

I worked with the executive leadership team to define the marketing vision, needs, budgets, and metrics for its online presence and lead generation. I then built and owned those programs and their performance for the leadership team.

We created completely new online demand-generation platforms and ad programs. These new content platforms, and social advertising programs, achieved new levels of Web visibility and communication speed between prospective buyers and internal resources. • Social channels, programs, partners, content, contractors, and operation
• Online lead capture systems – define, build, operate, and report
• Online directory programs, activities, content, and budgets
• Social advertising and content-creation contractor management
• Online security and monitoring of vendor contractors
• Product Marketing materials creation, content, systems, and curation
• Content creation for collateral, advertising, social, and website targets
• Advertising program content, contractors, and budgets

WinSPC Strategic Product Manager and Release Manager

Owned product capability iteration and release planning for this manufacturing analysis tool. Coordinated inputs from our cross-functional PM leadership team. Executed bi-weekly team review of new customer, services, and prospect needs against current planned releases and capability commitments. Delivered bi-weekly review of team commitments and delivery status.

I led the product capability and release planning for this manufacturing statistical process control and analysis tool.

My role coordinated inputs from our cross-functional PM leadership team -- Sales (prospects, market alignment), Services (customers, help desk and professional services), Development (capability creation and delivery), and Ownership (risk, resources, and profitability) -- into a single negotiated plan to iterate our capability for the greatest market impact with the resources and risks we are willing to undertake.

This includes a bi-weekly team review of new customer, services, and prospect needs against current planned releases and capability commitments and bi-weekly review of team commitments and delivery status. And for each release, deep dives by the team to define the backlog of maintenance, features, and capability for Development to define and estimate for negotiation.

Additional cycles evaluate the impact of change -- to determine feature interaction impacts, to assess the risks of adoption or upgrade, to understand if this approach addresses the stated requirements, or conflicts with market objectives and assumed persona paradigms.

This group effort results in the WinSPC major release plan.

Formerly this role also included the definition of product delivery processes, as well as the ownership of the overarching quality assurance program, customer and partner paid development work, internal maintenance, internal feature, and internal market driven development and testing processes.

Those functions now report to other members of the Product Management team, whenever those processes are funded.
